Working tirelessly in spearheading Grafters into what it has now become, he now enjoys the occasional flutter on the golf course where his swing and golf related gadgets are revered by many! Known as handsome Gary by himself only.

Laura's career has enabled her the ability to find both humour and resolve in most situations; her operational prowess means she holds the Grafters office together with fear and occasional admiration. As Grafters first employee, she has assisted Gary Sherman in all areas of the business, something she continues to oversee to this day!

The calm to our storm and as a self confessed workaholic, Fiona manages the accounts department with the elegance and composure only she could muster which results in a happy productive team, When not drinking tea she can be found working (yes more work), kickboxing (don't mess!) in the gym or pounding the pavements.

As an energetic personality (you will always hear Grace before you see her) and happy presence within the office, she is part of the accounts and client relations team. Grace really enjoy working in this fast paced industry mainly because she cant sit still, and is always willing to help anyone! she has four beautiful kiddos who both ground and keep her on her toes, her literal favorite thing (aside from the kids) is CHRISTMAS!!!!!! and she brings us all along for the festive ride.

Julia loves a spreadsheet!  Her background as a Development Underwriter means she thrives on sorting and analysing data.  As Grafters' second employee and the founding member of the Accounts Team, these days Julia applies her skills to onboarding new operatives and providing support with Operative Payroll and invoicing.

An angel amongst us, as our client account executive Gothi creates (she has her own company creating beautiful fans) and she bakes, which the offices waistlines can attest to!

Gothi never fails to make an impact on us all with her kindness and generous nature. Currently looking after our largest account, she manages to balance her hectic workload and home life with good grace and that knowing smile.

Aaron’s determination to stick to the rules ensures that (almost) everything is done to a prim and proper standard, He is the first point of call regarding procedure for accounts and accounting software, and he is inquisitive when encountering something he doesn’t know. As the office Junior, Saffia (Saff as we now know her) is always up for a challenge, even if that challenge is making 50 cups of tea a day and keeping us hydrated!. A smart, bubbly and driven individual she is a force to be reckoned with. With a can do attitude she is fast becoming an integral part of the dysfunctional family. Working under LJs supervision she is learning how to balance the demands of this high paced environment as a PA in training without losing her amiable personality.
